Cancellation and Refund Policy

Dale Carnegie Southwest Florida will provide you a refund within 45 days if you cancel prior to the start of your course or if you do not attend any part of the course. Additionally, if you don’t feel the content is effective by the end of the first day of the course, you may return the course material for a refund. If you attend more than one day of the course, you will not be provided a refund. 

Dale Carnegie Southwest Florida reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather conditions or unforeseen events. We will notify you as early as possible in the event that a course is canceled. You may choose to receive a full refund or use the credit toward another course presented by our organization. Dale Carnegie Southwest Florida will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation cancellation costs you incur.
